Deleted document is shown as unpublished reference

When a document has a link to a document that has been deleted, it shows up in the 'unpublished references' list.

The fact that it shows up is correct, however the dialog should indicate that the document no longer exists instead of displaying it as a missing reference.
(since it is also not possible to open the document, the check-box should be disabled too)
