Exception while creating a document via new namespace document type

Pre-requisites: Import CND of namespace:defaultcontent, namespace:newnamespaces and xml of /content/ from previous CMS version
1. login to CMS
2. navigate to documents, englishtestfolder
3. create a document of type `transarticle`
4. add content and save the document

expected - document should be saved
actual - `feild missing` is shown though all the feilds are filled.

try creating a new document type

expected - user should be allowed to create a new document type
actual - ugly exception is shown
