Restructure hippo-ecm svn

The following steps will be performed:

• create a new svn /hippo-cms7 folder as replacement for /hippo-ecm and move HST2 projects (currently under /ecm) in there as well
• introduce standard hippo and hippo-cms7 master poms for both hippo-ecm and hippo-site-toolkit projects
• straighten out svn folder names to again reflect their contained maven project artifact names

For /hippo-ecm as a first step the current trunk projects will be (svn) copied to /hippo-cms7, not moved.
After the restructuring, the current /hippo-ecm tags, releases and branches folders will be moved into /hippo-cms7 and the remainder of /hippo-ecm deleted (after merging in latest trunk changes)
For HST2 projects the same procedure will be used.
