Translations - Country Flag is not shown when the document is translated

Pre-requisites: Define atleast 3-4 langauges defined (en, nl, fr and es)
1. Create a document in en
2. Translate the document in other languages
3. Navigate to doclist view

Expected - The document in view list should display country flags under `Translations` column
Actual - For some language its display, for some its not seen. While browsing thru folders it throws exceptions (attached)

PS - logoff and login to CMS solves the issue
