Translations - No translation icon for new document type.

1. login cms using admin
2. navigate to Documents, Configuration and create a new document type "langdoc"
3. Update all the content after new document type creation.
4. go back to documents and create a new document using "langdoc" as document type
5. Add content, save and close

Expected - It should behave as default document types like news, overview ets
Actual - There is no translation icon (icon with country flag) for this document type only
