Create a new file/image folder: label exists but is not used

Translations exists in:

• gallerytemplate-files.xml for label name 'new-file-folder'
• gallerytemplate-images.xml for label name 'new-image-folder'

But they are not used in the CMS. Instead of the label value, the label name is shown.
