Tab management - "close all" closes all the tabs including the one in edit mode

Scenario
1. I have few assests/document-type/images opened in edit mode
2. I change the content of these assests
3. I choose "close unmodified"

Actual - Nothing happens, all the tabs remain open

Its as expected

4. I choose "close all"

Expected - A dialog box with Save, Discard and Cancel options for the tabs in edit mode should be shown.
Actual - All the tabs are closed.
