Regression 2.16.01 - The list of documents shown under unpublished and published state is not correct.

1. Login to CMS
2. Create a document and click on save.
3. Click on State >> unpublished
expected - the new document should be shown here
actual - the new document is not shown
4. Logoff from CMS and login again
5. Now click on State >> unpublished
expected and actual - the new document is not shown
6. Schedule a publish time for the document
7. Wait till the document is published at that time.
8. Document is shown online under the specifc folder but offline under state >> unpublished
Browsing thru other folders is not updating the content under state unpublished.
Logoff and login does update the status under "state >> unpublished"

This issue is on both the states, published and unpublished.
