Besides regular smoke testing make sure the following is covered since most changes are in these areas:

xinha field: rich text editing, image picker, full-screen

wide doclisting (toggling, navigating to other (sub)folders, etc)

search (look for no items found, hit in the revision history but not in most recent document should not crash)

delete document and delete a folder

schedule a document for publication
