Layout issue in Event document

Steps to reproduce:
Under CMS, Create/Edit an event document.

Observed result:
The Date field in the right column of the window. The title seems to be faulty

Expected result:
Can be replaced by a tool tip. not quite sure, if it is supposed to be like this.
