Set Scheduled Publication and Depublication before first scheduled date

is there any plan to enable user to set both publication and depublication date from inside the CMS?

The use case is as follow:
1) user creates a document
2) user want to create a scheduled publication AND scheduled depublication.

The way the scheduling currently works, a user can only scheduled a depublication in a published document.
