Scheduled publication screen doesnt show up when clicking on scheduled publication

When I tried to schedule a publication I clicked on the button, but nothing seems to happen. I tried again with 2 other users, and using other documents but it happens every time. See screenshot.

FF 3.6.3 and Google Chrome
