Users with different roles can get different namespaces

It seems possible to get a different namespace definition depending on the role the current user has. In my particular case, if I login as an author, I have the namespace hipposysedit_1_1, as an admin I get hipposysedit. (which is mapped to 1.1).

Multiple authors, admins were tried. Including newly created users.

This behaviour is persisted across restarts, but is only inconsistent in the CMS and console. The repository browser has hipposysedit_1_1 for all users tried.
