Folder Tree doesn't show all the children after selection

When an inner-folder is selected using Document browser, the folder tree expands to select the current folder. But it doesn't show the other folders under the same parent.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to CMS (with Quick Start).
2. Click "To the Documents" on Dashboard.
3. Create a 3 folders under articles.
4. Refresh the browser or logout/login again to start a new session.
5. Click the "To the documents" on Dashboard.
6. Click articles in Document Browser
7. Click on any of the 3 folders create before.

Expected Result:

The articles in the folder tree should expand, and the 3 folders should be visible. And the current folder should be selected.

Actual Result:

The article tree only shows the selected folder, and other child folders are not visible in the tree.
