Xinha HTML source code editor jumps back to top while typing

To reproduce:

• enable HTML Source Code plugin for Xinha
• edit an html field
• add a large piece of text
• click the HTML Source code button from the html field toolbar
• start typing text at the bottom of the html code
• after a random interval, the html field will shift focus to the top of the html field.
