Copy does not allow documents with same name

I say should not allow, although that is not the problem per se, it is just possible to have several docs within the same folder with the same name. However, when one wants to copy a document into an existing name then one cannot. So there is an inconsitent behavior. This report is about that.

STEPS:
------

For example,

• as 'admin', under 'quickstart'
• add an article to Documents > Articles (name it the_article)
• repeat the above action
• ad infinitum (you can stop once you are convinced that it is possible
• open the first the_article
• do Document Action > Copy...
• destination must be Documents > Articles
• name must be the_article

This is likely to fail with the dialog shown as attached. BTW, there is a problem with the dialog (scrollbars, etcetera)
