Remove support for hipposysedit:name property for field description nodes

The hipposysedit field description has changed to use it's node name instead of a :name property to store the name of the field. The 7.3 release ships with an upgrade module that upgrades old templates to the new format. Any project started that has been started with 7.3 uses the new format.

This task should complete the transition. There should be an upgrade module that enforces the new format.
