A discarded document not visible if created again (same name siblings)

• use the quickstart
• add a root folder test
• create a document of any type, say an article named art

<O> art is visible in the list panel

• click the cross on art's tab
• click Discard on the Close art dialog

<O> art is gone

• create that same document again (same name, same type, same container)

<O> art is not visible in the list panel

• click Done on art's tab

<O> art is not visible in the list panel

Note: other users will experience the same issue.

The user can navigate away and back, or create another document, and the problem will not be visible.
