Description
Log as admin to quickstart and go To the documents where you add a root folder named test
Add a new document Art of type Article to test
Click Done to release the document Art
Note the label <new> shows on the menu bar
Publish the document Art
Note the label <live> shows on the menu bar
Take the document Art offline
Note the label <new> shows on the menu bar.
It's unlikely that a document will be published that way. It's unlikely anyone will notice this. But I think that once published a document cannot be new anymore, no matter how I did it.
The History log goes like that:
One minute ago, admin took "<b>Art</b>" <b>offline</b>
Five minutes ago, admin published "<b>Art</b>"
Ten minutes ago, admin finished drafting out "Art"
Ten minutes ago, admin started a draft version of "Art"
Ten minutes ago, <b>admin</b> added "<b>Art</b>"
