Link Picker - the breadcrumb only shows "documents"

Log as admin to quickstart and go To the documents where you add a root folder named test
In test add a document of type News named news
While in edit mode, scroll down and click on [...] within the element named Link to bring up the Link Picker
Note how the first text of the breadcrumb reflects the actual location on the left, in other words, when the slider Documents is the active one, the breadcrumb indicates it accordingly
Select a directory within Documents, such as state, then unpublished, and see it reflected in the breadcrumb.
Now pick up a different slider than that named Documents, for example pick Images.
Note the right-hand side panel now refers to the content of that selection.
I was expecting the breadcrumb to keep pace with the rest of screen, but to my surprise it was still containing the information related to my navigating the Documents directory.
Furthermore, if one goes back to Documents, you will see that the synchronization between both the left- and right-hand side panels, and the breadcrumb is working again.
