Add a new default Hippo lucene analyzer which handles lots of common stopwords of different languages and diacritics ( ISO-8859-1 )

1) replaces accented characters in the ISO Latin 1 character set (ISO-8859-1) by their unaccented equivalent

2) Has a set of stopwords for most common languages
