Rename dialog talks about moving things

Attempt to rename a document without changing the name, and the dialog reports the issue to move the document. Although it is maybe technically accurate, the message is confusing for a user.

Steps:

1. call the Rename Document Action on an existing offline document
2. leave the details on the Rename dialog unchanged and press OK

Act: Cannot move document to same name
Exp: Cannot rename document to same name
