Make image picker of document editor plugin run in portal/portlet environment.

Currently, cms frontend document editor plugin translates image urls by simpe prefixing with "binaries/".
This works in stand alone wicket application environment, but it cannot work in portlet/portal environment simply because the urls cannot be understood by the portal.
