Removing a folder with content shouldn't be possible for editors/authors

Reproduction:
Go to a folder with content. Click on the folder icon. Click on "delete folder".

Result:
Everything inside the folder is deleted.

Expected behaviour:
No icon: "delete folder" for editors/authors.
