Indexing performance and Lucene storage improvement: only index facet for nodes containing at least a hippo:paths property

As faceted navigation is based on the hippo:docbase anyways, it will only work for nodes having the property hippo:paths.

Indexing is quite less work, and Lucene index does not contains all kinds of unnecessary 'facet' indexed properties
