Update all content fails on some particular content

I changed the doctypes and performed update all content.

I have two Derby repositories, which both contain the draft doctypes. On both 'update all content' can immediately be tested.

One of the repositories is successful, the other fails.
The only differences are in the /content node. I ensured that there are no namespace nodes within the /content node.
The content is similar, the failing one is an export from the docsite of yesterday, and the other from a few weeks ago.

I attach the logs here and upload the Derby repositories to Berry's FTP.

Note that the error message does not seem meaningful, see CMS7-3621.
