Write journal (file) for all content changes made on a local node and in the total cluster

Add hook to HippoSISM to configure a journal which logs all content changes and add file a file journal for replication.

TBD: Whether one node in the cluster is going to do the replication or each node is going to replicate it's own changes or to make it configurable.
