Description
- I clicked to take offline a document.
- The dialog appeared with a warning that there are documents referring to it.
- There was a proposal to open the documents in the background.
- So I clicked OK, because I wanted that.
- No documents appeared and the document in question was taken offline.
- After I published it again, clicked to take it offline again and inspected the dialog, I noticed that I had to select the documents to open in the background and click on the 'Open documents in background' button. So I did that and I clicked the OK button, because I wanted the dialog to go away.
- Then I worked to relink the links in the other documents.
- I went back to now unpublish the document and was surprised to find it already unpublished.
- Only the next time I did the same task I realized that OK still means 'take offline' and not `I am done selecting documents to open in the background'.
- Notice that I understood perfectly what all meant when I was documenting it. But now I was using it and my focus was not on the CMS, but on the content I was working with.
