Where-used - improve labels and layout

• 'show incoming links' -> 'show referring documents'

• take offline dialog does not confirmation message. The FO specifies the message at the bottom. This should be top / centrally located. (otherwise user thinks he clicked the wrong menu item). This is also how it is done in the Delete dialog.

• the listpageview of documents should not be fully aligned left and right. There should be some space between the borders and the listpageview.

• the Open button should not be fully aligned to the right. There should be some space.

• actions select all and none should be clearly marked as links

• TBD: the open action should open the document in a tab in the background but not close the dialog. OR we should improve the caption. The advantage of not closing the dialog is that you can open the documents, still delete/unpublish the document and fix the links afterwards.

• do not show sort icons in the headers of the listpageview - or let them indeed sort.

• The white background of the active header of the listpageview looks like a bug. Change background color.

• label " this document has x links" - colon at the end is missing
