Popup Menu Item for Folder only works when clicked on Text

1. Login to CMS.
2. Click on the big To the documents button.
3. Hover mouse pointer above any of the folders.
4. Click to bring up the popup menu.
5. Click on the icon/empty space in the menu Item.

Expected:

• Menu item is selected and the associated action performed.

Actual:

• Popup menu disappears and no action is performed.
