Search should do a wildcard query after 3 seconds of delay

Rules:

• after 3 seconds CMS starts searching
• one character is enough to start the search (currently 5 characters are required)
• we append the * wildcard character after the search string

It is possible that in environments with a lot of documents the system crashes. (We do not know how JackRabbit 1.5 behaves)
However in this case the customer can change the configuration and increase the minimal number of characters.
