Useless buttons when creating new image

steps to reproduce:
create new (image) folder
create new image and upload an image
select the image

Edit and Document button is shown. Clicking on edit gives warning 'No editor found to edit'
Clicking on document removes the button.

Probably both buttons should not be displayed at all or be disabled.
