Schedule for publication request does not publish document

When scheduling a document for publication, a request is created. This request is visible when the editor is closed and reopened.
Under "miscelleneous", there will be accept/reject menu items, but these shouldn't be necessary as editor.

Note that when the request is accepted, the document is published at the correct time.
Between accepting the request and the publishing, no menu is visible in the preview pane.

The same issue also affects the "take offline" functionality; i.e. explicit accept/reject is necesary, no workflow visible after doing so.
