JcrNodeModel should return Node, not HippoNode

The JcrNodeModel should make sense without the context of a Hippo repository. When plugins are interested in the distinction between real and virtual nodes (primary use of the HippoNode api), this is easily accomplished.

Note that this doesn't exclude the possibility for the repository to decorate each node with the HippoNode api.
