Not all content items can be selected in the image, document and asset picker

When selecting internal links, images or assets via the popup picker, some items can not be selected.

It seems the CSS layer for the 'pagination' is 'on top of ' the clickble area for an image / link / asset
This only happens when a folder contains more than 10 items (when pagination is visible)
