Lucene scalability

CMS-2134 During first startup, hippo and hippostd namespace cannot be resolved, hence the indexing configuration does not work how it should regarding indexing child html nodes

CMS-2137 'Short-index' some term such that for example not a string of 10 kb ends up in the index as a single term. this is to avoid lucene memory consumption

CMS-2138 Add possibility to configure to not index certain properties as 'facets'. This should be maintainable through indexing_configuration. For example hippostd:content should never be indexed as facet
