Consolidate json-lib to org json (cms part)

In CMS-15900, the dependency to discontinued net.sf.json-lib:json-lib was removed in favor of org.json:json, from all modules except module community/cms.

This module has a JsFunctionProcessor and YuiIdProcessor that implement net.sf.json.processors.JsonValueProcessor for which there is not a direct equivalent in org.json.

These are related to YUI front-end framework but may very well no longer be needed. Let's see what is the best solution.

If needed we might also replace net.sf.json-lib:json-lib with https://github.com/kordamp/json-lib but preferably not.
