Make the selected content block part visually identifiable - content perspective

While working with content blocks and compounds, editors have challenges related to visually identifying the part of the content block or compound that they are working on. 

for example: in the content block in screenshot below, user is on "Quote" however it is hard to visually identify it.

Requirements:
When a field selected in part of a compound, highlight the outline of the specific part in content perspective so that user can easily identify the selected part.
