Right side panel on experience manager is not updated when user navigate from "view" option in content perspective

Steps to reproduce :
1. Open Experience manager perspective
2. Edit any document say events > breakfast
3. Change the title add "test" at the end
4. Save the changes and publish it
5. Switch to content perspective
6. Observe the changes are visible in content perspective
7. Revert the changes or add new changes in content perspective
8. Save and publish the changes
9. Click on "view" dropdown
10. Click on channel name
11. Observe right side panel in experience manager perspective

Actual result : Right side panel on experience manager is not updating the changes when user navigate from "view" option in content perspective

Expected result : Changes should reflect after saving the changes and as soon as user switch perspective
