Docbase : Experience Manager : LinkPickerDialog/GalleryPickerDialog - Gray out incompatible documents in the listings of docbase

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to document type
2. Open any document
3. Add docbase
4. Add nodetype with value say "hap:blogpost"
5. Save and commit the changes
6. Go to experience manager
7. Open the document and click on docbase field
8. Observe the incompatible documents

Actual result : user is able to select incompatible documents

Expected result : incompatible documents should be disable and greyed out for selection.
