Make the button layout of TinyMCE similar to CKEditor

When you open a RichText field, the TinyMCE appears on the top. In the Visual editor, you need a few clicks to get to the desired action in comparison to one click with CKeditor. 

We need to change the layout to be as close to the CKEditor:

• Remove the action toolbar (File, Edit, New...)
• Make all the buttons appear when you click on a RichText field
• Make the buttons smaller? (this can be done also in the future). We might need to ask Design for button logos
• Have the same layout in the Content editor and the Visual editor
