Migrate to Wicket 10

Wicket 9 doesn’t support jakarta, to support jakarta we need to upgrade to wicket 10.

Wicket 10 is not yet released. Although there have been talks of releasing it in Feb 2024 (source and news page) there are no official promises with a release date as of yet. Wicket 10 comes with some backward incompatible changes too that will require code changes (there’s a migration guide available here).

Apache Wicket 10 is somewhat backwards incompatible.

• ModalWindow -> ModalDialog
• WicketTester class moved to its own wicket-tester module
