Investigate TinyMCE setup requirements wrt resources

For CKEditor we provide resources via the app, see CMS-15782. Investigate what resources and how the mechanism works for TinyMCE, and what are the possibilities and differences between an integration the "CKEditor style", that is, we make the resources and js available ourselves, and as you've mentioned, the npm way. As discussed the latter is only possible in visual editor, and not in the uis that are wicket based.

This investigation also helps in the decision whether we should do integration in visual editor first, or in document editor.
