Content blocks title mapping for date type formatting improvement

Steps to reproduce: (on hap)

1. Go to HAP cms console and navigate to content block namespace resent on below link
   https://hap-15-5.eng02.bloomreach.cloud/cms/console/?1&logintype=local&path=/hippo:namespaces/hap/validation/editor:templates/_default_/contentblock

1. In compound list property make sure to have "hap:validationdatescompound" value. Its a comma separated list so its possible to have multiple values as well.
2. If required save changes to repository(press Write changes to repository on top left corner)
3. Go to cluster options under content block namespace
4. Make sure to have following properties in cluster options
   1. compoundNamesMaxLength 
   2. showCompoundNames - should be enabled
   3. showTitles - should be enabled
   4. startCollapsed - optional, can be enabled/disabled
   5. titleMapping
5. Add following value to title mapping "hap:firstdate"
6. Write to repository
7. Go to cos website and navigate to validation document type in content perspective(https://hap-15-5.eng02.bloomreach.cloud/cms/content/path/content/documents/hap/validation/test)
8. Scroll to content block component

Result: in content block validationdatescompound is mapped to full date and not readable format.
Expected : the date should in format May 2, 2019, 1:01 PM
