    Description

      Flaky test pipeline of 15.5 and 16.0 are failing due to smart link picker changes.

      Uploading a large (>4MB) image in a Rich Text Editor's image picker dialog leads to logging:

      [INFO] [talledLocalContainer] 27.11.2023 09:15:13 WARN  http-nio-8080-exec-1 [AjaxFileUploadBehavior.setResponse:176] file small-scale_big-filesize_5MB.jpg contains errors: The file 'small-scale_big-filesize_5MB.jpg' is 5.2MB which is too large. The maximum allowed file size is 4MB.

      but this is not presented to the user.
