Make Folder sorting user specific

Currently in BrXM, folder sorting applies to all user. So if a user changes the folder sorting then it changes for all users. However,  based on the user's role and preference the folder sorting should be different. 

Reproduction step:

• Login as admin - https://hap-15-4.eng02.bloomreach.cloud/cms/
• Set folder sorting to manual for Hap
• Change the sorting of the folder
• Log out and login as editor
  Actual: the changes in the folder order is visible to editor
  Expected: Editor should see their own sorting that they decided. IF nothing is set manually then it can be alphabetical.

Therefore we would like to improve Folder Sorting in content perspective to be user specific.
