[FE] Create Component for Supporting Resource Compound Field in Experience Manager

As a developer, I need to create a component in the Experience Manager that supports the Resource compound field. This component will allow editors to create or edit documents/pages directly in the Experience Manager without navigating to the content perspective. The component should provide an intuitive interface for managing the Resource compound field, including options to add, edit, and remove resources associated with the document/page.
