Request for Arrow Keys to move the components in the channel manager

When the page had many components, the user is facing issues moving the components.
When the user drops the component he cannot move them around to the appropriate placement in the channel manager.

We have a request from the customer that when the user should have an arrow button to move the components in the channel manager.
