Add a new link (Academy) to the help menu

The Help Links displayed in the NavApp's menu panel are controlled through the NavAppSettings.appSettings.helpLinks array, configured in the repository at /hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/navapp/navapp-services/navAppSettingsService/helpLinks. To add the desired link, its URL should be set to https://academy.bloomreach.com, and the label to Academy.

When applying this change, don't forget to think about potential manual, customer-specific changes to this part of the repository.
