Activation jar should be added to the archetype

Requirement: example implementation for eform mailing plugin on v15 

It looks like we never documented how to properly configure email settings (eforms/mail behavior).
We should either:

• document it (activation jar is needed in shared folder)
• add it by default within archetype 
• create an essentials extension which modifies pom/deployment files
